By accessing this website or purchasing any product, service or training program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Intellectual Property
All content made available by Brow Tribe Pty Ltd, including but not limited to course materials, videos, workbooks, templates, manuals, training resources, assessments, scripts, graphics, documents, systems, processes, methodologies, branding and educational content, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Brow Tribe Pty Ltd.
All materials are protected by Australian copyright laws and international intellectual property laws.
The purchase of a course, program, template, resource or service grants a limited, non-transferable licence for personal business use only and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
You must not:
• Copy, reproduce or distribute any Brow Tribe materials;
• Share course access, login details or purchased resources with any third party;
• Record, download, screen capture or redistribute training content;
• Republish, sell, licence, sublicense or commercially exploit any Brow Tribe content;
• Use Brow Tribe materials to teach, train, coach, mentor or educate others without written permission;
• Modify, rebrand or create derivative works from Brow Tribe intellectual property.
Any unauthorised use of Brow Tribe intellectual property may result in legal action.
Confidential Information
Certain materials provided through Brow Tribe Academy contain confidential business information, systems, processes and proprietary methodologies.
Participants agree not to disclose, share or distribute confidential information obtained through any Brow Tribe program without prior written consent.
Course AccessÂ
Access to digital courses and training materials is provided solely to the purchaser and may not be transferred, shared or assigned to another person.
Brow Tribe reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where these Terms & Conditions have been breached.

Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all course, coaching, mentorship and digital product purchases are non-refundable.
Any payment plans entered into remain payable in full regardless of course completion status or usage.

Limitation of Liability
Brow Tribe provides educational information and training only. We do not guarantee specific business, financial or personal outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brow Tribe Pty Ltd excludes liability for any loss, damage or claim arising from the use of our website, courses, programs, services or materials.
