BROW TRIBE ACADEMY: CLIENT AGREEMENT

This agreement is entered into between BROW TRIBE ACADEMY (“The Company”) and the above-named client (“The Client”).

1. Confidentiality Clause

We are committed to providing all clients with a positive and professional program experience. Upon enrollment, you agree to abide by all program guidelines as set forth by BROW TRIBE ACADEMY. You further agree to respect the privacy and contributions of fellow participants.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All course materials, methods, videos, resources, and intellectual property shared within the program are the exclusive property of BROW TRIBE ACADEMY. You agree and undertake:

  1. Not to infringe upon or misuse the Company’s intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, proprietary systems, or methodologies.

  2. That any and all content shared by BROW TRIBE ACADEMY is confidential and proprietary, and may not be duplicated, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

  3. Not to disclose or reproduce any part of the program content, digital or physical, to any third party.

  4. That the content is for your personal use only and may not be repurposed, resold, taught, or reused in any way outside of your own implementation.

  5. That breach of this clause constitutes a serious violation and may result in immediate removal from the program, legal action, and/or injunctive relief without requirement of bond.

    Note: All pricing is in AUD unless otherwise specified.

4. No Refund Policy

  1. This is a non-refundable program. All purchases are final.

  2. If you selected a payment plan, you are committing to completing all scheduled payments in full. This is a payment plan — not a subscription — and you are liable for the total amount regardless of course progress, usage, or completion.

  3. This includes any live coaching calls, digital content, community access, or materials shared.

5. Late Fees & Collections

It is your responsibility to ensure timely payments. If payment is more than three (3) days late, a 3% interest charge will be added daily until the balance is paid. Accounts more than 30 days overdue may be referred to a collections agency or solicitor, with all recovery costs and legal fees to be paid by the Client.

6. Cancellation Clause

This agreement is binding and non-cancellable once signed or accepted. The only exception is the 3-business-day cooling-off period following the date of this agreement, during which you may cancel in writing without penalty.

7. Program Inclusions

This online agreement includes access to the following:

  • Full access to the complete course curriculum, including all core training modules and lessons

  • Bonus content, templates, scripts, worksheets, and downloadable resources

  • Access to any included tools, calculators, and educational materials

  • Lifetime access to all course content and future updates as provided by BROW TRIBE ACADEMY

All other services or products are excluded unless expressly stated in writing.

8. Entire Agreement

This document represents the full agreement between you and BROW TRIBE ACADEMY. No verbal or written promises outside of this agreement are binding. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
